Responsibilities
- Plan and implement recreational activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence and dignity.
- Coordinate events that foster social engagement among residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure activities align with residents' health needs.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities.
- Encourage resident involvement and feedback in activity planning.
- Support residents with dementia through specialized therapeutic activities.

Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or working in senior care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of ADLs and their importance in resident care.
