New Sales and Growth Driver
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to drive new sales and growth for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business primarily through contacts with real estate professionals, including brokers, agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and builders.
This is a commission-only position, however, we would consider offering a base salary plus commission to the right candidate. Our team works remotely throughout Florida, but our office is located in Ponte Vedra Beach. We require candidates to be on-site a minimum number of days per month, depending on their level of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry
- Bid on and close new deals to drive sales and revenue growth
- Work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and progress
Requirements:
- Experience in the real estate industry or proven sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
