Job Summary: Polish silver items, follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Maintain all equipment storage areas, dish areas and loading dock. Washing dishes, pots and cleaning of kitchen equipment is required, as well as the sweeping and mopping of floors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

• Set up 3 compartment sink, meeting all sanitation requirements. Report dishwasher problems to supervisor on duty. Be aware of proper dishwasher temperatures.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Maintain all equipment storage areas.
• Wash all dishes and pots.
• Inventory China, silver and all other equipment.
• Ensure all work areas are safe and secure. Report any unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain the highest sanitary conditions.
• Perform other duties and activities from time to time as assigned by supervisor.
• Store dishes and pots in appropriate areas.
• Sweep and mop floors, remove trash from kitchen and break down boxes.

Sensory requirements include the senses of sound, smell, touch, and speech.
