Responsibilities as an HHA:
- Provide client care as required under the state licensure
- Answering patient calls and determining how best to help them.
- Providing physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, - using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising.
- Collaborate with nurses
- Communication and interactions with clients, families, and other health team members are an essential component of this position
Qualifications Required for an HHA:
- Certified HHA in the state of New Jersey
- 18 years of age
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full-Time, All Shifts Available , Every-Other weekend availability
- Reliable means of transportation to and from facility
