This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
HarbourVest is currently seeking candidates for an Associate position in its Infrastructure and Real Assets Investment team and located in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Associate, you will be responsible for investment analysis, due diligence, conducting return analysis and writing investment summaries. This includes, but is not limited to, partnership and company modeling, qualitative and quantitative analysis of managers, capital structures, and relevant industries, and the coordination of the closing process.
The ideal candidate is someone with the following skills :
- Hardworking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities and target dates simultaneously
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize recommendations based on analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Strong quantitative skills with deep experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
