The Content Production Team within Wealth Product Management is accountable for all aspects of our clients’ reporting experience, including the creation, production, and ongoing management of all client and prospect deliverables.

The Content Production Team within Wealth Product Management is accountable for all aspects of our clients’ reporting experience, including the creation, production, and ongoing management of all client and prospect deliverables.
What you will do:
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate distribution of all deliverables, proactively communicating potential delays to internal partners.
- Produce and distribute external-facing content while coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Understand the risk environment within the department – promote risk awareness, assessment, and control.
- Stay current with industry practices on marketing communications and client reporting to provide a best-in-class product for our clients.
- Constantly evaluate systems, processes, and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with team members to find opportunities to enhance the fund reporting and content production process and final products.
- Exceptional project management skills, including ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
- Actively participate in new software implementation to support the client experience.

- BS/BA or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Keen interest in investment products with 3 to 5 years client reporting within financial services, particularly investment management, data visualization, and/or content management.
- Brings hands-on experience with Seismic software including an understanding of content library and workflow management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.) and a strong interest in and aptitude for learning new applications.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to show initiative and come up with ideas without prompting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with a knack for creative thinking.
- Comfort with marketing communication practices and relationship management.
- Ability to manage change and improve business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience preferred (Associate level)
