We achieve that by providing risk expertise and drive positive change through recommended approaches while strengthening frameworks and risk programs to ensure effective monitoring and management of risks. The Senior Manager, ERM will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of core ERM programs and frameworks.The ideal candidate is someone who is : Experienced with implementing ERM and operational risk management frameworksProactive with identifying issues and offering innovative solutionsAble to work in an agile environment and easily adapts to changing prioritiesStrong collaborator and able to develop and maintain working relationships with team members, staff and senior leadershipAble to update and review the control inventory and identify dependenciesRespond to emerging risks and drive risk awarenessWhat you will do : Further enhance the implementation and execution of enterprise risk management programBuild and add detail to Risk Control Matrices and Risk AssessmentsEstablish positive relationships with risk owners, ensure appropriate data-driven analysis supports decisionsDevelop KRIs which will be used to monitor risk tolerance and report to managementManage the incident and escalation program for operational areas, including root cause analysis and trendsDocument and / or improve proceduresAnd other responsibilities as requiredWhat you bring : Risk management knowledge and experience, including risk assessment and control evaluationCritical thinking by approaching work with an open mind and sens of creativity, and challenging current practices and recommending improvements to mitigate risks and drive positive changeAssess information from multiple angles and break down complex information into concepts / themes to drive insights and actionWork comfortably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment handling multiple projects simultaneously with minimal day-to-day supervision with the ability to prioritize and shift focus quickly based on risk / business needCommunicate clearly, concisely and impactful to influence othersDecisive and take action to seek solutionsEducation Preferred : Bachelor of Arts (B.A)Experience10 Years experience in enterprise or operational risk management preferred#LI-HybridSummaryLocation : BostonType : Full time
