This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
The primary function of the Senior Business Analyst for the Workday Financials Product and Platform team is to provide strong contributions for the finance transformation program, serving as the lead business analyst working closely with internal and external business and technology stakeholders to plan and deliver the solution. The Sr. Business Analyst collaborates closely with the business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.
This Senior Business Analyst role will contribute to the development, implementation and ongoing support for a Workday Financials Product and Platform team within the IT organization. HarbourVest is transitioning our Corporate Accounting and related financial systems from a Microsoft Great Plains general ledger platform to Workday Financials. This role will contribute to a multi-year finance transformation program that will update our business processes and the supporting technology solutions to enable our organizational growth goals and objectives.
