Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to design, implement, and manage loyalty programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating across teams analyzing customer data,and creating innovative incentives to build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design and Strategy:
- Develop and refine loyalty program strategies to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Design customer-centric incentive programs, including rewards structures, and promotional campaigns.
Implementation and Management:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of loyalty and incentives programs, including planning, launch, and post-launch activities.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of program platforms, ensuring seamless user experience across channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, measure program effectiveness, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize customer feedback and data insights to optimize program offerings and strategies.
Budgeting:
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing customer value.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
- 2-3 years of experience in loyalty program management, marketing, or customer engagement roles.
- Proven track record of developing successful loyalty programs and incentives.
Skills and Competencies:
- Previous in-house Account Management and or Program Management experience. This is not a Sales Position
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with Word, Excel and PPT.
