Job Title : Warehouse Worker Driver Job Code : 9388 Division : Branch Department : Driver Location : All FLSA Status : Hourly Non-Exempt Salary Range : By Geo Location Drug Testing Pool : FMCSA Summary : At Harcros Chemicals Inc., an employee-owned company with a rich legacy in specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution, we're continuously expanding. With 2 manufacturing plants and 27 distribution facilities across 20 states, we're seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker Driver professional to join our team. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering materials and products within the warehouse and to customers. Primary Responsibilities & Duties :
Perform various job duties including handling, inspecting, and managing hazardous waste and storage in accordance with site emergency plans.
Prepare and maintain hazardous waste records such as manifests and inspection logs.
Read customer orders and assemble stock from storage areas for delivery.
Complete necessary company paperwork including logs and bills of lading.
Place placards on trucks and ensure proper marking of materials.
Drive trucks to deliver materials to customers and retrieve empty containers.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Receive incoming stock, unload, and distribute to appropriate storage areas.
Organize and maintain the warehouse storage areas.
Repack bulk materials and maintain chlorine containers.
Clean and organize the warehouse facility.
Ensure all shipments comply with DOT regulations and customer requirements.
Perform pre and post trip inspections of equipment.
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.
Utilize company-provided equipment and software in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.

Job duties may also result in : Generate, handle, and / or inspect hazardous waste and hazardous waste storage. Respond or manage hazardous waste spills and incidents based on the site’s emergency action or contingency plan. Prepare and manage hazardous waste records such as manifests, inspection logs, waste determination and other reports.
Education and / or Experience :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2 years of related experience and / or training.
And / or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hazardous Materials and Tank Endorsement or ability to obtain certification.
Forklift Operation experience preferred.

Physical Capabilities & Requirements :
Physical requirements include lifting and moving various weights up to 100 pounds.
Physical requirements will also include standing or sitting for long periods of time.
Visual abilities including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment :
Work environment includes exposure to outdoor weather conditions and mechanical equipment.
Occasional exposure to chemicals and noise.
Occasionally work at elevated, precarious heights and could be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, as well as toxic or caustic chemicals, and the risk of electrical shock.
