Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA, a leader among the nation’s independent associate degree colleges, has an immediate opening for a part-time Development Coordinator. As a member of the Institutional Advancement team, provide assistance with events, communication, gift processing and other administrative matters. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive applicant to join our team in Bryn Mawr, PA.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2 years of experience performing development or general related administrative work.
Required abilities/ skills:
Must be collaborative and enjoys interacting with a diverse range of audiences and settings. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, be professional and has a welcoming demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and strong organizational skills are necessary. Knowledge of client-relationship management software, particularly DonorPerfect, preferred.

- Process gifts and prepare acknowledgement letters
- Assist with fall and spring annual fund solicitations
- Provide administrative support to the Office of Institutional Advancement.
