DENTAL HYGIENE Part-Time FACULTY POSITION
Harcum College Dental Hygiene Department seeks candidates for a part-time Clinical Educator .
The successful candidate will join a large and diverse group of faculty, students, and staff
dedicated to achieve excellence in the areas of teaching, scholarly activity, and service.
Responsibilities of this 2-3 day(s) per week position include clinical teaching, mentorship, as well
as student and patient evaluations. The base salary range for this position is $25000 to $45000 depending on qualifications. Harcum College considers qualification factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
Licenses / Certifications :
Applicant must possess a current, valid Dental Hygiene license to practice in Pennsylvania and
current CPR certification.
Qualifications :
The successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, possess a current, valid license to
practice in Pennsylvania and current CPR certification. Prior teaching experience as well as a
minimum of three years of clinical practice experience and board certification are mandated. Additional education will be considered.
