• Sales Leadership & Operations:
• Manage the luxury sales team, set clear performance targets, and track progress.
• Develop and implement sales plans to support steady growth.
• Review performance metrics and adjust strategies based on market trends.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury real estate market, with a focus on co-ownership options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients and industry professionals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Customer Service:
