Job Title: Director of Luxury Sales


Location: Remote (Full-Time)



Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Luxury Sales to oversee our sales operations and strengthen our partnership with the Pacaso Homes line. In this role, you will manage a remote sales team, develop sound business strategies, and build lasting relationships with discerning clients. Your expertise in luxury sales and co-ownership models will be key in uncovering new opportunities and achieving sales goals.



Key Responsibilities:


• Sales Leadership & Operations:

• Manage the luxury sales team, set clear performance targets, and track progress.

• Develop and implement sales plans to support steady growth.

• Review performance metrics and adjust strategies based on market trends.


• Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury real estate market, with a focus on co-ownership options.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients and industry professionals.

• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.


• Customer Service:

• Oversee initiatives to ensure a high standard of client care.

• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

• Work with marketing and service teams to maintain and improve client satisfaction.


• Team Management:

• Guide and support a remote sales team, ensuring they are well informed and prepared.

• Provide training and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Offer constructive feedback to help team members develop professionally.


• Strategic Planning & Reporting:

• Collaborate with senior management to set clear priorities and sales goals.

• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.

• Use insights from data to refine sales strategies and improve efficiency.



Qualifications:


• Considerable experience in sales and business development, especially within the luxury market.


• A proven record of managing sales operations and leading a team.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a luxury setting.


• Familiarity with co-ownership models in real estate.


• Excellent customer service skills and experience handling high-profile clients.


• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.


• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
