Mission Brief:
Your mission as our community manager is to empower and expand our community of freedom-loving Americans. Furthermore you will spearhead our entry into new markets such as the trades and motorcycle world by building a community centered around #SweatnGrit & #BlueCollarBuilt. You will be a face of the brand, an in-house brand ambassador.
You will lead the charge as our community leader by leveraging in-person events, social media, and online groups to embody our core values while fostering a community that reflects our commitment to them.
Ideal Candidate:
You have extensive experience working in the trades, own a Harley, and are a prior veteran. People energize you and you have an extroverted personality.
Outcomes:
The individual in this position will foster a thriving in-person and online community across multiple platforms and verticals where our safety products are sold.
Community Growth and Engagement
- Grow a thriving active and engaged online and in-person community that matches our company ethos while driving at least 5 organic posts per day from the online community.
- Organize one Hard Head Veterans community event per quarter and attend other online and in-person events as a direct representative of the Hard Head Veterans brand at least once per month.
- Keeping track of an events schedule and interacting with the company salesforce to meet internal sales and external company objectives.
- Network with brands and influencers weekly across multiple verticals to accomplish community based objectives, such as collaborative events and large content creation projects. Track and record in company rolodex.
Content Moderation and Community Management
- Develop & Oversee the company influencer marketing strategy.
- Take charge of community volunteers to ensure online group spaces remain positive and add value to community members.
- Maintain a positive community culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Work hand-in-hand with the digital marketing team to accomplish company objectives.
Requirements
- Magnetic and extrovert type personality
- Conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in the trades, motorsports, and or the defense industry.
- A strong understanding of Social Media Platforms, and event experience.
- The ability to work on a team and adapt with new skills and complex tasks.
Location
- Sweetwater, Texas (non-remote)
