Mission Brief:As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to enhance customer trust and drive sales through exceptional live chat and phone support. Using Shopify Inbox, you’ll turn inquiries into conversions, strengthening our position as leaders in the helmet market.
Outcomes:- Sales Growth: Boost conversion rates to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer Engagement: Handle 50–150 daily interactions, converting questions into sales.
- Client Trust: Build strong relationships with law enforcement, military, and trade customers.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Hard Head Veterans and Kevy Safety with professionalism and integrity.
- Respond to live chats via Shopify Inbox, addressing simple to technical queries (e.g., “Does this meet X standard or when does my helmet ship?”).
- Manage phone inquiries on product specs, shipping, or bulk orders using a VoIP system.
- Build expertise in our ballistic and safety helmets to guide high-intent buyers.
- Track chat performance and customer trends in Shopify admin to optimize conversions.
- Provide feedback to leadership on customer needs and market insights.
- Maintain a responsive, reliable presence for our daily website visitors.
- 4 years experience wearing helmets. (Law enforcement, Military, Trades)
- High computer literacy, with experience in chat tools (Shopify Inbox or similar preferred).
- Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and effective under pressure.
- Quick learner—able to master our helmets and tools in 1–2 weeks.
- Self-motivated with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with law enforcement, military, or trade sectors is a must.
- Compensation: $15-20 per hour company profit share plan.
