Mission Brief:
As the Director of Law Enforcement Sales, you'll oversee all aspects of our sales efforts within the law enforcement sector. You'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage a team of sales representatives, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.
Outcomes:
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets for the law enforcement market.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and training.
- Market Penetration: Expand our market share within the law enforcement sector through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty among law enforcement agencies.
- Brand Awareness: Enhance the visibility and reputation of Hard Head Veterans within the law enforcement community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the law enforcement market.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within law enforcement agencies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Develop and execute effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with law enforcement agencies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the sales team.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the law enforcement market.

- In-depth knowledge of the law enforcement industry and its specific needs.

- Ability to travel as needed.
