What’s the position?

The role of this position, Player Acquisition Lead, is to execute our customer initiatives and maintain relationships with our property partners. This will play a key role on the team, with emphasis on acquiring new customers on Hard Rock Bet App and successfully creating customer loyalty between online and offline channels. This position will be, at times, customer-facing and will work in unison with the overall HRD efforts to deliver a seamless experience to customers as they navigate through our ecosystem.


  • Lead Acquisition Specialists and operations to plan and manage the program and promotional calendar for the property.
  • Ability to achieve acquisitions targets within a specific timeframe.
  • Greet and interact with guests in the casino in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Execute on leveraging vertical programming within the key audiences.
  • Train, motivate and reinforce the best sales tactics for the Engagement Specialists to help them achieve acquisition targets.
  • Conduct behavior in accordance with all NJ DGE Regulations and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City property policies and procedures.
  • Solicit and identify new gaming customers at Digital Hub as well as on the casino floor.
  • Generate new business by signing up qualified guests for the Hard Rock Bet App.
  • Execute shared property and HRD strategies for player engagement, reactivation, retention, and churn prevention.
  • Performance reporting on Specialist KPI’s.
  • Lead the acquisition efforts in optimizing our loyalty-based programs, looking for opportunities to ideate and test on innovative programs to increase retention, player value and wallet share.
  • Drive collaboration with property Unity Players Club and maintain a continuous feedback loop.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, advising HRD management on best practices, including promotional and Omni strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for engagement optimization.
  • Support and collaborate with other parts of the HRD business such as CS operations, VIP, PR & Social Teams.
  • Act as an escalation point for simple queries that are unable to be resolved by property team members.
  • Assist with Sweepstakes, Promotions and Gift Giveaways as needed.
  • Ability to stand for periods of time throughout their shift.
  • Ability to lift and set up displays of 50lbs or less.
  • Ability to acquire a NJ Casino license.
  • Flexibility with schedules (nights, weekend & holidays) and ability to travel when needed.
  • No issues working in a smokey, loud environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What are we looking for?


Proven performer

  • 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Customer Service or Sales Operations
  • Experience in land-based casino marketing, B2C Account Management or Social Gaming is a plus
