What's the position?
We are looking for a Principal backend engineer to join our rapidly growing technology team, responsible for continuous growth and support of the Core platform. This position will be able to come in an have a lot of ownership of the shape of the backend implementation. It is an exciting and rewarding opportunity. As a Principal-level backend engineer, you will :
- Hands-on technical leadership across pods
- Deep technical guidance and standards
- Code quality and architecture oversight
- Technical mentorship to engineers
- Creating POCs and writing technical documentation
- Partner with Technical Strategy Group
- Evaluating new technologies
