What's the position?
As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, effective communication skills, and the ability to analyze and implement efficient systems to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive system requirements.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize workflows.
- Analyze existing business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and propose innovative and efficient solutions to enhance business operations.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with customer operations goals and requirements.
- Lead and participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, development teams, and project managers / business analysts.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Liaise with Learning and Development to build and deliver training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively suggest enhancements to optimize system functionality.
