Whats the Position?
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our newly formed Engagement Team. This role is pivotal in crafting user experiences that keep our members engaged, satisfied, and returning for more. You will focus on designing engagement strategies and features that drive retention, promote user adoption, and ensure seamless integration across our digital sportsbook and casino platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design for Engagement : Develop innovative, user-centered features that foster long-term engagement and loyalty within our digital product ecosystem.
- Enhance User Journeys : Strategically craft features like reward systems, personalized content, and retention strategies to encourage continued user interaction.
- Optimize the User Experience : Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that support seamless user navigation and interaction.
- Data-Driven Design : Use analytics and user feedback to continuously refine and optimize designs for engagement and retention.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Innovate and Experiment : Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital engagement and identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our platform.
- Prototype and Test : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product concepts and gather actionable feedback.
