What's the position?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sportsbook Planning Associate to join our Sportsbook team.
The role of a Sportsbook Planning Associate is to plan, document and analyse strategic decisions for all major sport leagues & events, ensuring our planned product offering is extensive, accurate and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
The role will require collaboration with various departments across the business, including Trading, Marketing, Product Operations, & Sportsbook Operations.
The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities with multiple deadlines, making strong organizational skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop hourly plans for digital & retail displays, ensuring that the content is relevant and aligns with customer preferences
- Maintain, distribute, and coordinate all planning documents to various departments across the business
- Analysing data to support planning decisions
- A / B testing for determining the success of strategies
- Ensuring correct offerings are planned to maximize customer engagement
- Ensure all planned content is compliant & within regulatory requirements
- Reacting to real time news to adapt strategic planning where appropriate
- Supporting Planning Manager with circulating monthly Trading & Sportsbook plans
- Liaise with Trading to ensure the most appropriate content is pushed
- Liaise with CRM & Marketing to ensure strategies are aligned
- Other tasks related to front end digital / retail planning
What are we looking for?
A highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail & strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel. You can multi-task and work to numerous deadlines simultaneously, therefore strong organization skills are essential.
You understand the sporting calendar and can easily identify the various leagues across the globe. Ideally you will have exposure to general sport betting knowledge.
