What’s the position?
We are seeking a Technical Compliance Analyst to sit in our international markets team which means you’ll be working on markets outside of the USA.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the build out of technical compliance matrices for new jurisdictions including providing advice regarding technical regulations and requirements.
Building out technical compliance processes to ensure compliance with gaming licenses and applicable law.
Undertaking compliance monitoring reviews including obtaining evidence of compliance and working with the business on any areas of non-compliance and generating regular and routine reports on the same to management.
Liaising with regulators and managing requests and reports, working with external auditors and Laboratories preparing for certifications and audits.
Undertaking regulatory filings as required by gaming licenses or applicable law.
Updating the business on technical developments in legislation and advising on the meaning. Assisting with build out of controls.
Providing technical guidance on new products.
Assist in finding the root cause of technical compliance issues and creating solutions to address issues.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of experience of technical compliance.
Experience of or a degree (or other relevant qualification) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related topic.
Experience of online gambling with Ontario. LATAM or Spanish gambling licenses desirable.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Second language of Portuguese or Spanish desirable.
Experienced in working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
