What's the position?Project Planning :
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.Timeline Management :
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring projects are executed within scope and according to KPIs.Resource Management :
Effectively allocate and manage resources, including team members, budget, and external vendors.Process Improvement :
Contribute to the development and enhancement of project workflow, best practices, and team infrastructure.Risk Mitigation :
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and drive cohesive, timely execution.Stakeholder Communication :
Establish and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders; provide regular updates on project status, key milestones, and any relevant changes.Reporting :
Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.Problem Solving : Jump in wherever needed to help solve challenging problemsWhat are we looking for?
3-5 years experience in project management within Marketing preferably in online gaming or tech spaceAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Confluence)Proven ability to work well under pressure and thrive in an environment with changing demandsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and succinct information to internal and external partners.What is in it for you?
