The Starbucks Barista is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Responsibilities
- Anticipate guest and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guest cues.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods.
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliver legendary customer service to all guest by acting with the guest always comes first attitude and connecting with the guest.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean environment for the guests.
- Follow all Cash handling policies as outline in the Cash handling Policy and Procedures.
- Responsible for quality, consistency, and presentation of all products in the store.
- Ensures prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Minimum High School Diploma/or GED education.
- Follow all Hard Rock Policy and Procedures.
- Maintain Regular and Punctual attendance.
- Available to work any shift.
- Perform different task throughout the shift as directed by supervisor/ Manager.
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
