Overview
As a Games Manager, under the direction of the Table Game Shift Manager, the incumbent is responsible for is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of up to 56 table games separated into a maximum of four casino pits.
Responsibilities
- Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency, effectiveness, as well as, the integrity of the casino operation.
- Responsible for offering the highest level of customer service resulting in maximum level of player enjoyment and return.
- Attaining maximum product revenue by means of communicating to Shift Supervisor with reference to product mixture, positioning, pricing, as well as, the evaluation of new products.
- Assists in the staffing of all pit managers and floor supervisors.
- Maintain talent performance levels by the way of positive means or progressive discipline.
- Responsible for amicably handling / resolving all casino guest's needs, complaints and disputes related to table games and hotel areas in a timely professional manner.
- Responsible for distribution of cards to gaming pits.
- Responsible for visually inspecting all casino equipment.
- Responsible for facility inspections and contacting appropriate departments to handle deficient situations.
- Responsible for the distribution of all company and departmental communication.
- Responsible for distribution of casino win / loss reports.
- Act as a role model to all employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino by working diligently to support the culture and team philosophy; while encouraging other team members to do the same.
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment.
- Complies with all departmental and company policies including business ethics guidelines.
- Ensures the protection of customers rewards and credit lines.
