Under the direction of Security Department supervisors and managers, incumbent provides security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety of patrons and team members. Responsibilities
- Assist patrons with a wide variety of inquiries and situations including providing information about the property and events, giving directions, and escorting them is necessary.
- Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.
- Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
- Monitoring, correcting, and setting examples for the guards.
- Responding to and resolving emergency situations as they arise
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years security experience.
- Previous Event/Nightclub security, law enforcement or military experience preferred.
- Good communications skills, remaining calm and professional under stress.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
