POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position is responsible for ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned and reset quickly so they are available for prompt seating of guests.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Clean and reset tables in accordance with established procedures and sanitation
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness of all place settings, tabletops, seats and
- Perform customer service duties as assigned (such as beverage and plate service).

WORKING CONDITIONS
Must have ability to:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
The skills and abilities necessary of this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience.
REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend required training sessions offered by the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux
- Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and
- Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
- Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the employee’s department.
