Overview: Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, plans and directs the Front Desk, Call Center, and Revenue Management operations to ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Oversees daily work assignments of Front Desk Supervisors, Front Desk Agents, Call Center Agents, and Bell Attendants - Works with Housekeeping Management to perform detailed guest room inspections to identify repair/improvement needs. - Oversees daily revenue management analytics, strategic plans, reporting, and execution of strategies in systems - Investigates and resolves guest situations such as reservation errors or lost personal belongings - Responsible for quality, consistency, and presentation of all products delivered to guests. - Develop department members’ knowledge and skills through education, training, coaching, corrective counseling, etc. - Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations. - Conduct personal behavior and select, train, coach, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication - Promotes positive guest/employee relations. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three (3) years of front desk experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc): - Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations. - Must successfully pass background check. - Must successfully pass drug screening. - Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. - Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. KNOWLEDGE OF: - Must possess the ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience. - Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance. - Must have proficient knowledge of MS Office software programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
