Overview
Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the buffet area, including all tables. Restocks the dining area and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments and linen. Always maintain adequate supplies in the side station when the venue is open.
Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing side duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Stock ice and paper supplies
- Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clears floor of all table and trays
- Retrieve tables / trays from guest floor corridors always taking guest safety into account
- Breakdown all dirty trays & carts (organized by trash, china, glass and silverware)
- Maintain par stocks of food (condiments etc.), china, glassware and silverware in the BOH on daily basis
- Restock refrigerators & freezers in work area daily
- Complete weekly clean schedule of IRD equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift. Practicing clean as you go
- Notify management of any maintenance repair issues
- Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
- Check with supervisor before leaving at end of shift
