Overview
This position is responsible for serving both food and beverage to guests in our new fine-dining restaurant, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant.
Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner.
Promotes positive guest / employee relations.
Other assignments as directed.
Qualifications
Past food serving experience is required, fine-dining experience preferred.
Open availability is preferred.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
