Job Description:
As a Granite Fabricator/Polisher at Hard Rock Stone Works, you will be responsible for fabricating and polishing high-quality granite pieces to meet our clients' specifications and standards. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that all products are durable, aesthetically pleasing, and meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
- Operate fabrication tools and equipment to cut, shape, and polish granite.
- Monitor the quality of granite pieces and make adjustments to the fabrication process as needed.
- Finish surfaces by polishing with hand tools or polishing machines.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the finished product meets the required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in granite fabrication and polishing.
- Proficient in using hand tools and machinery related to granite fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle large stone pieces.
