At Hard Rock, we're seeking a highly skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our beverage service staff, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Making drinks to our strict recipe specifications
- Demonstrating responsible alcohol service practices at all times
- Properly verifying the age of guests who appear to be under 30 years old
- Stocking and maintaining inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and glassware throughout your shift
- Maintaining accurate product par levels through bar pulls and regular inventories
- Labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating prepped items in a timely and efficient manner
