Lead Service Technician

Hardcastle Air is growing and looking to add to our company. We are looking for the right person to join our service team, this person should have journeyman level HVAC technician skills (diagnose and repair).

But more importantly must be able to follow our core values. Which include having the experience and knowledge to know all options available for the repair while always having our customers best interests in mind.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
