Hardcoat Technologies is growing! Hardcoat Technologies LLC is a Plastic Injection Molder and Hardcoater for the Automotive, ATV and Industrial Markets. We are focused on providing high quality injection molded and coated components. We are looking for a 3rd Shift Material Handler that can grow with us.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately. This role requires a strong focus on safety, organization, and teamwork to support our operational goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operate various material handling equipment, including forklift and pallet jacks, to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Pull and verify materials and orders
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues for timely maintenance.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques and equipment operation, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes/order picking in a warehouse setting.
- Superb attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation, be punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
