More about this role:

As Membership Sales Counselor, your primary responsibility is to introduce prospective members to the culture and community of Hardcore Fitness and generate membership sales. This will require achieving personal and team sales and net member unit goals. Additional responsibilities include conducting informative tours of our Simi Valley location to potential members, generating leads and referrals, servicing the member before, during and after enrollment and improving the member experience through consistent engagement. This would include explaining the energy and benefits of our award-winning Boot Camp group training classes. You will also develop lasting relationships and perform regular follow up to ensure members are accomplishing their fitness goals. You will consistently participate in membership lead producing activities and outreach both off-site and in-studio while achieving success in daily sales operations and CRM database management.

Due to the nature of the position, we do require a probation period to allow adequate training and performance of our sales process. During this period, you will work part-time and could have the potential to be full-time.

Position Requirements:

- Strong communication, customer service and sales experience

- High school diploma, college preferred

- Must be able to successfully demonstrate proficiency in all testing requirements after training, including gym tours, lead inquiries, time management and the Hardcore Fitness sales process.

- Knowledge of CRM system and basic computer skills

- Subject to background check

Pay structure: Hourly Bonus Structure
