Job Purpose Statement
The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional customer experiences, prepare high-quality food products, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Smile and greet customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare quality products that meet or exceed company standards.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and attentive manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Be punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Work collaboratively with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
