Key Responsibilities
- Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and state/federal regulations.
- Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow demands and manage labor costs to meet company standards.
- Train and develop crew members under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew, providing coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
- Conduct meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, and other relevant topics.
- Ensure adherence to cash procedures, inventory control, and record-keeping requirements.
- Maintain building and equipment cleanliness through proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Meet physical demands required of the role.
- Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
- 1 year of shift management experience.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
