Responsibilities
- Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team under the direction of the District Manager
- Maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability
- Manage labor costs to meet company standards
- Train the management team and crew using current training systems
- Interview, hire, and schedule qualified staff
- Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards
- Maintain reports and records based on company standards
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management team and crew
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work all shifts and weekends
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Meets physical demands required of the role
