Management restaurant experience is desired, preferably 1 to 3 years’ experience as a General Manager. The most important criteria are a positive attitude, people and customer service skills, and the ability/desire to learn and develop your talent to its fullest potential.
Essential Functions:
- Previous GM experience in the restaurant industry or fast food of at minimum 2 years as a GM – demonstrating leadership and development (ability to recruit, screen, hire, develop and retain Team Members)
- Solid knowledge of Food Cost and Labor Cost
- Proven ability to grow sales and control costs
- Demonstrated or proven career ladder climb
- A candidate who understands the GM Position requires flexibility with schedule
- A candidate with dependable transportation
- A candidate who values a TEAM and knows how to motivate and instill standards in their TEAM
- A candidate willing to travel to different store locations
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
3 – 5 years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience)
HOURS
Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.
- Organizational, planning and time management
- Team building skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
