As the Office Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the corporate offices at the Portland headquarters. This role utilizes strong attention to detail, time management, and an elevated level of customer service. You will support the office management team to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively. If you're a hardworking individual that likes to keep spaces clean and tidy we encourage you to apply. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 5:00am-2:00pm. This is a full-time position and is paid at an hourly rate.

Office Housekeepers at Harder perform the following daily tasks
- Regular inside cleaning of common areas, restrooms, conference rooms, etc.
- Maintenance of kitchen supplies and amenities (including frequent item stocking)
- Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment that may include chemicals and light machinery
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors as needed
- Interior window and glass cleaning as needed
- Some maintenance and cleanup of building exterior and parking areas
- Additional tasks as assigned
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated self-starter ability
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to details and time management skills
- Physical Requirements: capacity to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs)
- Access to reliable transportation to and from the office
Education/Experience:
- Previous custodian experience in an office/professional environment preferred
