Description : We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Accountant to join our New York City office. This person will play an integral role in conducting all payroll functions for the organization, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with regulations. Individual will work under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Verifying employee timesheet charges
• Entering manual timesheet entries into Deltek Vision
• Ensures accurate updates of records, including new hires, terminations, pay rate changes
• Maintaining and verifying employee Paid time off balances
• Processing and verifying 401k loans
• Reconciling year to date employees' gross pay to General Ledger Balances
• Maintaining and setting up employee tax deductions
• Attending to payroll inquiries from employees
• Processing payroll through ADP platform
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports
• Assisting in general ledger preparation
• Assist in audits as needed
• Other projects as they arise

Requirements :

Benefits : Salary range - $60,000-70,000 annually. Commensurate with experience.
