Overview :
Oversight and execution of the investment’s operational business plan and financial strategy, communication with internal and external stakeholders, portfolio analysis, capital improvement oversight, hold strategy planning and disposition execution.
What You’ll Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, management, economics, finance or accounting.
- 7 years of real estate, asset management, property management and / or investment experience in the multifamily space.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment and asset management principles.
- Extensive experience managing multiple asset classes of real estate.
