Hardhat is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to install and oversee plumbing systems on a large construction site located in Middleburg, Florida.
Pay is up to $40/hour- No Per diem
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and scopes of work.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned tradesman.
- Participate in pre-construction plan reviews and inspections
- Responsible for coordinating essential personnel on site for the project to include crew mobilization.
- Provide direct supervision and technical guidance to Leadman, Electricians, Welders, and Apprentices
- Maintain various plumbing systems both inside and outside of buildings
Skills and experience
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman
- Must have a current Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet insurance requirements
- Med Gas Certification a plus
