Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the quality control processes within our construction projects. Duties
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze data collected from inspections to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure quality control measures are adhered to throughout the construction process.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality inspection findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including contracts, inspection records, and compliance reports.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control practices and procedures to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
Requirements
