Are you an experienced Instrument Fitter looking for a well-paid opportunity with great benefits? Hardhat Workforce Solutions, LLC is hiring for a project in Skowhegan, Maine. This role involves planning, fabricating, installing, and maintaining various instruments on an industrial job site.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay up to $36/hour (NCCER Certification required for top pay)
- Per Diem: $150/day, with an increase in January
- Referral Bonus for each person referred that has worked 160 hours, you will be eligible for a $100 bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Coordinate work with limited supervision.
- Assemble, Fabricate, Repair, and Install electronic and pneumatic instruments.
- Install clamps, tubing, and set up cable tray support systems.
- Safely operate man lifts, scissor lifts, and hydraulic pump units.
- Perform other tasks as needed to meet project requirements.
Additional Information:
- Practical test is onsite in Skowhegan, Maine.
- Employment duration is based on project timelines and client requirements.
