A large part of this job is customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide customer service to patrons that come into the library including : answering the phone and chat, shelving books, checking out / discharging items, and other duties as assigned. Must be available for daytime, nighttime Saturday and Sunday shifts.
