SUMMARY/SCOPE:
Serves as Maintenance Technician; ensures campus facilities are operational and functioning for optimum educational experiences.
Responsible for upkeep and appearance of all outdoor athletic facilities.
Responsible for upkeep of all university properties outside of the main 110 acres campus.
Monitor condition of university equipment, property, and vehicles. Service and/or repair as needed.
