SUMMARY/SCOPE:
Through dynamic and innovative approaches, Student Life is a robust division that provides students with opportunities for meaningful engagement and transformation in the co-curricular context. The Residence Director (RD) is a required live-in position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising and leading a community of students with the goal of fostering a vibrant Christian community that is fully engaged in the academic and co-curricular life of HSU. The RD is an essential partner in the education, development, and empowerment of the whole student.
