What are the responsibilities and job description for the Innovation Lab Teacher position at Harding Academy?

The ideal candidate for the Innovation Lab Teacher position is an experienced teacher:
- who is highly flexible, creative, self-motivated and able to work with a wide variety of age groups and colleagues.
- who has spent several years in the conventional classroom and has pivoted into this role for a minimum of 2 years already.
- who possesses a proven track record; examples of successfully completed co-curricular projects are a must.
Possession of these elements will be viewed as a plus:
- Experience in planning and running a Science Fair.
- A portfolio of various successful projects.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university
Preference:Master’s degree; current teacher certification in the State of Tennessee, or transferable
Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role, combined with conventional classroom experience

Experience in planning and running a Science Fair is an asset
