The Teaching Fellow role at Harding Academy will serve the immediate instructional needs of the school while offering significant opportunities for instructional growth and experience for the person in the role. The primary teaching responsibilities of the Teaching Fellow will be determined by the Director of Teaching and Learning in partnership with the Division Directors. Additionally, during the 2025-2026 school year the Teaching Fellow will provide daily Early Care Supervision from 7:00am-7:30am, and must be in place to receive students no later than 7:00am each day. The other duties of the Teaching Fellow described in the Job Description (link below) will be conducted from 7:30am to 3:30pm each day.
This is a full-time position for the 2025-2026 academic year beginning no earlier than August 1, 2025 and ending no later than May 22, 2026, based on the official School Calendar while school is in session and meeting in person. Qualifications/Experience
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Preference: Master’s and/or at least two years experience in an instructional role; current or transferable teacher certification in the State of Tennessee
